Dr Lau Tang Ching is currently working as a senior consultant at the Division of Rheumatology. He is the head of rheumatology division since 2009. He also serves as the Vice CMB (Education) for NUH since July 2013. He graduated in 1991 from the National University of Singapore and obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Physician in United Kingdom and the Master of Medicine (internal medicine) degree in 1997. His main research interests are in osteoporosis, pharmacoeconomic evaluation and evidence-based medicine.
Dr Clement Tan is a Senior Consultant and heads the Neuro-Ophthalmology Service at National University Hospital. He has recently completed a Masters in Health Professions Education at the University of Maastricht. He is also the Director of Education and Training for Ophthalmology. Apart from general clinical ophthalmology and general neuro-ophthalmology, he has special interests in eye movement and pupil disorders and receives referrals for neuro-ophthalmology from fellow ophthalmologists, neurologists and neurosurgeons. Dr Tan's research interests are in the field of neuro-ophthalmology. He is also currently the Director of the NUHS Residency Program in Ophthalmology.
