Coaching & Mentoring Educators for the future
Mentoring is a dynamic reciprocal relationship, aimed at promoting the development of both the mentor and the mentee. Good mentoring is one of the pillars of successful professional and personal development. Not all of us may have had the opportunity to experience good mentoring, and not many of us naturally possess all the traits of a good mentor. The good news is that mentoring is a skill and, like all skills, can be learnt, developed and perfected.
